By invitation, we have chosen select individuals to have a first-look at our early design concept prototype for feedback.

Please note that the ideas, concepts and designs contained within are in draft form and were created entirely by NU, the innovation lab at OBM International.

Habitāre: The Concept

Introducing a truly moveable luxury hotel that allows hoteliers to develop in previously inaccessible
locations. By dramatically reducing typical costs, approvals and timelines, Habitāre makes high-profit
seasonal destinations instantly viable. Guests experience a new concept in luxury travel.

Typical construction timelines are

Temporary structure eliminates
